Troubles adventures began in the bestselling novel "Everest is Hollow." Like that previous book, "Sign of the Rat" is targeted at Young Adult readers (ages 11 to 15). However, fans as young as 9 years old enjoyed "Everest is Hollow," as did senior citizens. So parents may find "Sign of the Rat" a book they can share with their children.
