Winning 2 Green Packaging Awards in 2011, Pacific Perfumes Co Founder Kate JasonSmith talks to TVNZ Business host Nadine Chalmers-Ross about how it is to be a Niche Perfume Company in New Zealand. The HPA International Packaging Design Awards in New York (IPDA) saw a true underdog overtake a global powerhouse. The Artisan Botanical Perfume range, made by Pacific Perfumes, was awarded the prize for best green packaging, beating out industry giants like Aveda and Mother Earth Essentials. Next followed the 2011 Judges Special Award from the NZ Packaging Council Environmental for The Artisan Range packaging. Kate reveals Pacific Perfumes hopes for taking their uniquely designed Perfumes to new world markets!
