The cameras can vari in price from $400 to $30k, but the EnCinema 35 adapter is $199. It has the sharpest glass of any static 35mm adapter.

Can that lens be used on a regular mini dv canon 960

Hi Steve, yes, I'm pretty sure that it can be used as long as it has a filter diameter of between 30mm and 49mm. Some 58mm cameras such as the new Canon HF S100, HFS10 and HF-S11 can be used as well as they are able to macro focus so closely. It's all pretty easy stuff with the right gear. Thanks!! The cameras used in no particular order are the Red One, Canon 5D Mark II, EX1 with Letus 35 and Canon HF100 with the EnCinema 35mm DOF adapter.
