  • You've got a great mindset Wampire, thanks for sharing this,

    Mike.

  • @WeaponCollector Thanx Mike, to me the purpose of any art, because art is a project we do, sort of like a quest, it should result in becoming a better person. You have made lots of friends by doing what you do. There are others that become more closed off, a jerk, as they sharpen their "craft". Keep it up man, you got the best homemade weapons channel on the internet :)

  • What'll make me frustrated in a competition is, really not giving my all in it. Kinda like, I didn't perform the way I wanted myself to be, win/lose. 'Cause, in the end, even if you constantly win, there's always someone who's better than you. & we're talking about 6, going to, 9 billion other people. My 2 cents =P.

  • @Loyal2law yeah exactly there is always someone better!

  • sometimes when u lose u really win.....very good post.....u teach the meanings as well as the phyical.unlike most teachers....

  • @unicron24 thanx man, I believe that self-monitorization > competitive comparison, when it comes to walking down the martial path.

  • @slickspencer GSP is one phenomenal athlete, the guy doesn't even need the UFC, he could be successful in any number of athletic events or even do something else like film! yeah definitely I think people need to look within more!

  • @hku99 thanx dude and peace to you too bro!

  • @smirkdancer thanx man

  • @CosmoShidan thanx man, definitely this kind of thinking comes from philosophy, just noticed some disturbing trends around me...

  • Winning isn't everything as they say. The only real competition is an invisible other: the self. Master yourself, and then master the arts. BTW thanks for sharing as always. Spoken like a true philosopher!
