  • living in the land down under(Aussie)with huge coal resources and therefore a huge amount of power and established money means like America we are being fed this rubbish about clean coal (show us when you have it. In the meantime our abundance of clean renewable s like wind and sun is where the focus and doing must be.. Thanks Bill...keep up the awesome work.

  • Clean coal is a total hoax, trying to stuff liquid goop underground that inevitably bubbles up and pollutes the surrounding landscape. Coal is an 18th century technology that should be banned right away.

  • mikesisksd is one of those frightening wing-nuts that want the biosphere to collapse. He does not live in a world where science or justice matter. Shut down coal and silence the wing-nuts!

  • There is NO SUCH THING AS clean COAL. ALL COAL IS FILTHY. The coal industry is made up of filthy liars. They are destroying the planet.

  • Wow, awesome video. I couldn't agree more with Bill McKibben.

  • What a piece of unmitigated crap! An infomercial by the enemies of our country. Global warming is a hoax to rip us off with taxes, carbon credits, and imported oil. Want to save the environment? Clean up China first. We should produce and use our own oil, gas, and coal and stop sending our treasure to the people and countries who want to kill us.

  • i undersatnd that it IS possible to 'scrub' coal clean by using filters in the power plants that are dependant upon it, however, i also understand that those filters are still be developed since they are only partially useful - this is where the "clean coal" organisation should be putting it's money, into R&D (research & development)
