  • what kind of welder do you use ? Mig?

  • yer, wen i welded this i had just started welding so they were very crappy. Im still amazed how the thing holds together but nothing has broken yet. Im pretty good at welding now.

  • cool oh ive been wondering for this whole build why havent you used 1' box tubing?

  • this is what i had a lot of so i didnt have to buy any metal.

  • remember dont over build slows you down

  • its better to over build then under build. Im actually thinking of not doing the cross section idea as there to hard to cut on angles and such. Im thinking on each rectangle/square on my frame ill run two square pipes down the middle. So every square/rectangle will be 3 sqaures/rectangles. It will still be stronger than nothing and hold it all together.

  • hey i think you sould have make the whole go cart out of circle iron much much stonger

  • How fast do you think a 8hp engine would go

  • my welding instructers exact words; "if the weld looks like shit, then it probably is".

  • HEY BRENDON IM TYPING IN CAPS SO YOU SEE THIS, DUDE WHERE IN THE PLAYLIST DO YOU SHOW PUTTING THE GO KART CLUTCH ON I WANNA SEE TH AT

  • i sed to make welds like that... grind them off and get sum flux core. ASAP, sum how they'll hold but when you get going itll fall apart. the welding is good but you gotta use flux!!! u'll be surprised how good you actually are when it sucks right into the steel

  • My God, man. I've made it to part #18 and now you have the wheels back off the thing again? and going backwards and are now pointing at old weld tacks and stuff from part #2. I appreciate this long journey, but jeez man... you talk too much. :)

  • instead of taking off the plate on the steering you can also make the arms on the wheels shorter and then adjust, or you can do both

  • what kind of welder do you use?

  • take your time welding :D
