  • As i listened to this track it kept reminding of the track Triptico by Gotan Project, do you know the track Triptico ? It`s a modern version of a Tango fusing both live and electronic sounds. It doesn`t actually sound anything like 606 Rock n Roll but to my ears it has a similar feel the way the rhythm and percussion keep coming in and out of the mix and the way the track builds.

Yeah this community is a good place to hear stuff you might otherwise not have been exposed too. Cheers.

  • @acidhouse100 I didn't know Triptico, but after finding it on YT, I could see the similarity, and a really interesting idea to incorporate electronics into an otherwise acoustic form of music.

  • The more you listen to this track the better it gets. On first listen it sounds a bit random and all over the place but if you listen properly you start to hear the structure of the piece and it keeps building imaginatively.

I bought quite a few albums / cds on the internet today and i saw this on Juno but never gave it a listen and so passed it by. I wish i`d given it a listen now because i would have bought it after hearing this tune.

  • @acidhouse100 I think what I really like about it is that it does sound kinda random in the beginning, but through the song, a structure emerges, so it's a bit like witnessing the making of the song, and understanding how something came from nothing. The whole album is really good, and that's one of the great things about this community, you get exposed to things you may have otherwised passed right by.

  • I just discovered these guys (having somehow missed this video of yours) and I love what they're doing. This album is quite a bit different from their first one, but both are really good. My preference is for this one.

  • so great. thx for this nice evening.
