  • @rambow70 nope, not anything sold from Mitsubishi dealers. The 8 was the first gen that USA got officially, though there are imported 6's and 7's. I've seen almost every generation here at one point or another, saw a clean 7 this weekend. We're the USA, we perpetuated the automobile to what it is today yet we get screwed out of so many awesome vehicles.

  • @jdoggybizzle can you not buy anything under an 8 here?

  • Oo my fav lan evo

  • @okeyden808 That's the price you pay for having INSTANT BOOST. It's hard on the turbine wheel...

  • @stephanoiets rev limiter is rev the car up and let it bang and the bang is caused by 2 much fuel 2 the exhaust which would fuck ur car up anti-lag is a tottaly diff thing

  • @okeyden808 Yes you are right. The turbo and the exhaust will wear a hell of a lot faster. Race and rally cars are mainly used on the course rather than for everyday street driving. These rally cars are also built and owned by racing teams that have a budget suitable for replacing any damaged parts. Thats why you don't see street cars with an anti-lag system on the road very often. Anti-lag may also catch the eye of a cop and you will be given a hefty fine for having it.

  • @okeyden808 nawh its just a simple rev limiter

  • @okeyden808 yes ofcourse it is, but thats not the point :-P haha

  • @sylverzerom Got it. Thanks for the explanation guys ;)

  • @DuDaX its not producing power. The ignition moment is sat on late, so the spark comes when the exhaust valves are open. So now more power, cause there is no pressure raise in the cylinders. Thats why there come flames out of the exhaust. The air-fuel mix is still burning in the manifold. Thats all done to keep the turbine of the turbocharger spinning while decelerating. Otherwise you would have a lag on the turbine when accelerating again.
