You say that a therapist will only repeat what you already know. Actually, that's only a tiny bit of their job. The biggest part of your job is literally helping you work on yourself, not just telling you that you should work on yourself. They actually do help. They don't just make diagnosis. In fact, they prefer to avoid diagnosis.They want to fix problems, not symptoms.
