I put a little sweet potato with tomato and even lentils for my protein which is a little unusual.

I would like to see more videos of Matis with eating vegan. It would also be nice if he posted easy meals to make for breakfast,lunch, dinner.

Sure did see you last night.... and you were amazing... best concert ever, and i have been to a few.... it is great to see how you become an amazing performer on stage..... saw you on your first tour. Best 2 parts of the night are when 1. you pulled me and some other people up on stage to dance, and then 2. when i got my pic with you after your prayer..... I can sense the sincerity in your life... Keep up the good work man..... and come back to AZ!!!!!
