I apologize to the doo wop lovers out there, this song was originally posted as something done by Dion and the Belmonts, while Dione didn't sing on this...I'm sorry, I don't know what I was thinking when I posted it.
He was not a member of the Belmonts at the time of this LP, but he sang lead on some tunes on the album, they thank him on the credits on the back cover. And it's also obvious that he is singing lead on this one here.
Of course these are the Belmonts. This song is from their 1972 album CIGARS ACAPPELLA CANDY, produced by Bob Beldman. Although he was not a member of the group during the 70's, Carlo Mastrangelo is lead on this tune.
