@Klopzers The only option here to restart the phone would be using PC Companion to re-install the software on the phone. For this you need to do the Repair Phone option on PC Companion. There will be certain information that unfortunately will be deleted from your phone, such as phone numbers, messages and system settings. -Josh

@sonyericssonsupport Hi! :), I got a really annoying problem, I whas to use a Number code on my xperia neo, and then I forgot the code, I can't use the phone whitout the code, can't do nothing, but, Can I like delete the code or something trough the pc? :), "sorry for bad english! "

display cosume most of the battery life. lower the brightness of the display can help reduce power usage

@Dmachine19 You could use one called "Status Switch" if you don't have this Widget on the video. -Josh

I have this phone for like 2 days now and I have to charge it every day :((((( I can't deal with that.. what should I do??? I heard that the first charge is enough to charge it until it goes 100% ... and I did that ... Was that wrong?? Is that why the battery is down every day? please answer me :((( (thumbs up so he can see my comment pleaseeee!!)

@gogo0090 Depending on how you use your phone you may have to charge the phone daily so that is normal, however if it only last just a few hours then that would be different. -Josh
