@hunkydave000 while global warming is ACCELERATED by man, unfortunately, the earth does go through cycles of hot/cold. Humans have accelerated this process by depleting ozone that will in time replenish. Humans aren't entirely to blame, but we can brace for the worst. The polar ice cap ecosystem will adapt without the polar bears, because that is what happens. This example is a 'sexy' anectdote used to appeal to masses. More alarming...

Actually i don't think there's even one kind of animal that we haven't cause problem. We destroy their environnement and we have polluted almost every piece of earth that we have access, and the other part we don't have acces so we can't temper.

These are probably just makind sure the baby make it safe to the water cause many die on their way.
