@WeAreProWrestling who won the tournament

This could of been one of the greatest Starrcade's ever! The talent they had in 89 was incredible and this should of been a great blow off. The tournament should of never been a Starrcade card. I would of booked the Flair/Funk Clash match for Starrcade.

From the looks of things, Muta didn't even have a chance of winning . . . and I'm still wondering how the New Wild Samoans got into the tournament over the Rock N' Roll Express or the Midnight Express, both of which were still with the company at that time if I'm remembering correctly . . .
Well, that's Turner's WCW for ya . . .

@WeAreProWrestling Also, Lex Luger was the reigning United States Champion, and Muta was the reigning Television Champion.

@WeAreProWrestling Sorry for asking too many questions, but why didn't they just make the tournaments for the titles since the champions were in it?
That Iron Man/Team Tournament is confusing, why are the losers getting matches later in the card?

@AWAChamp619 It was a Round Robin Tournament. Everyone faced everyone & every team faced every team. It was a points based tournament. 20 points for a pinfall or submission win, 15 points for a countout win, 10 points for a disqualification win, 5 points for a time limit draw, and 0 points for a loss. The man and team with the most points won.
