Ryan played the part of young Miley in the episode of "Hannah Montana" entitled "I Am Hannah Hear Me Croak" (from April 27, 2007). Brooke Shields guest starred as Miley's mom (who on the show has passed away) in a series of dream sequences and flashbacks.

Ryan also played young Miley in the episode of Hannah Montana entitled "Smells Like Teen Sellout" (from March 2, 2007).
