[GMod] - NMRIH SWEPs progress video 3

The models, textures and animations are not by me.
Not going to release this unless the developers let me. I've asked them if I can, and it seems that most of them are okay with this. All I need now is the last confirmation on that, and then once I'm done scripting these weapons, I'll release them on garrysmod.org.

M16A4 (render-targeted scope, woo), MP5A3
Shell ejection
Dryfire
Draw animations
You can now interrupt an active shotgun reload if you press your primary attack key
