I missed the very beginning of this episode, but immediately after exiting the pits, with no apparent cause (such as contact with another car), an AI-controlled FGT started to brake and feather the throttle on straights for two laps, and then returned to normal. It's an odd bug that people occasionally report, but there isn't any obvious pattern to when it occurs.

  • That happened to me on the same track, in the same event but not for that long. In my race the AI car stopped nearly completely for a couple of seconds, I hit him as I was on his tail at the time. Must be admiring the scenery.

  • @n3mesis01 Another AI car did the same thing at the Nurburgring race in this series, except that it was for four laps, which is obviously a lot at such a long course. There, it finally returned to normal driving when another AI car rammed it, and at least one other person has reported the same thing (at one of the La Sarthe 24-hour races), so it must somehow work to pull the driver out of the "trance."
