A hospital in Egypt? How do you know that? Do you really expect me to believe that some "armed gangs" are capable of killing 8,000+ innocent Syrian people? Syrian Arab Army is ( with few exceptions ) made from poorly trained units headed by incompetent and corrupt commanders that get their positions and promotions based on their loyalty to the regime and sometimes on blood relationship to Assad and his sect and equipped with Russian-made junk that are good only to kill civilians and won't stand any real combat.

The army killed more Syrians than Israelis, more Palestinians than Israelis and more Lebanese than Israelis.

There are a lot of lies and fabrications. For example, there is the story of the 8 babies that supposedly died in a hosptial in Hama because the army cut electricity on CNN. The real story happened in Alexadria Egypt and the pictures were taken in a hosptial in Egypt. There are many stories like that one. Also, some armed gangs commit crimes and take videos and they try to blame it on the regime. These people are trained very well and they have sophisticated equipment and a lot of weapons.

Of course there are armed groups...They have been killing people...They have been forcing people to protest...The army is not killing people...There is almost 500 policemen and soldiers killed so far...
