wat size tank do i need for 2 and are they illegal in oregon and wat kind of aquatic frogs are there plz respond

I have 10 in a 10 gallon tank, and another tank that is 3 gallons that has 3 frogs in it. so I would guess about a gallon a frog as a minimum. I'm not sure about oregon, I'm up in canada, so I'm not sure about US regulations for keeping them. they are called african dwarf aquatic frogs. they are NOT african clawed frogs, those are completely different.

at a pet store here in welland, ontario. pretty much the only pet store around. they were only about $3 each. although both these and the clawed frogs look about the same size when you buy them in the pet store, the clawed frogs grow way bigger than these little guys, so they would need a lot more space.

this is the only aquatic frog that can be sold in the US state NC
