Clearly the so-called doctor at roughly the 6:00 point is a paid-for spokesperson by big pharma. As mentioned by others in this thread, she quotes no supporting reports or data for her opinion that the shot is safe and her statement that she thinks she represents the 'majority' of healthcare professionals in the State of NY is ridiculous.
EVERY doctor, nurse and other healthcare pros that I know (a total of about 10 ppl) have all said they WILL NOT get the H1N1... says a lot to me.

The one thing about the "Yes Woman" at around 6:00 is that she does not have any details, or personal experience to offer. She simply espouses "her" point of view via pathos, without the ethos to back it up.
