Shows my 14 year old wrestler doing his second set of pounding the heavy bag and swinging the kettlebell in succession. Also my other son gives it a try with not as good results. Believe it or not they are twins, the difference is that the wrestler has been working out hard with weights for a year or so. The other one, who is a baseball player has not. I am hoping to change that. At the end of the video we are doing sandbag throws with 60 pounds.
