  • There is an obvious mistake in this video. When the Chinese drink--Bai Jiu, was mentioned, the actual thing the video shows is NOT Bai Jiu, but another kind of alcoholic drink popular in Southern China, which is called Huang Jiu or Yellow Wine or brown wine, which is made from fermented rice as shown in the video. Bai Jiu, or white liquor, is crystal liquid, just like the color of vodka.
