@Brent19606 Thanks. I change the way of doing workouts every week. Low weights and high reps, than next week heavy weights and less reps. This in combination with long distance running(3 to 5km). I don't have a diet, but I'm watching up what I eat.

@madmvp 4 to 5 times a week. Variation in workouts is the key and don't forget the obliques too.
