This is my first vid showing off my body. I'm not a big bodybuilder, but I don't care about size. I think the shape is more important. Comments are welcome. More vids from other bodyparts will follow.

  • @dropkicker101 To avoid that I gonna lose weight, I run not further than 5 km and not more than 3 times a week.

  • @Brent19606 Thanks. I change the way of doing workouts every week. Low weights and high reps, than next week heavy weights and less reps. This in combination with long distance running(3 to 5km). I don't have a diet, but I'm watching up what I eat.

  • @madmvp 4 to 5 times a week. Variation in workouts is the key and don't forget the obliques too.
