  • A man that was a king among men. His recognition is long overdue.

Blind in one eye and walked with a limp because he broke his leg in the bush. It took over a year to heal.He made 30 miles a day when walking. Most of the time they were living on pemmican , horsemeat and dogs. Yes dogs. They were a food source back in those days. Read some books and you will be AMAZED.

  • Good job on David Thompson history, I agree with pspboy7. He did NOT get the recognition he deserved. He was a passionate person who set out to do & accomplish his goal and should have been honoured for that by being knighted!

  • I expected the basketball player.

  • hi hi hi

  • Annoying music...

  • They did a canoe trip from Rocky Mountain House to Thunder Bay, Jeepers! That's like the World's Longest Canoe Trip!!!

  • David Thompson didn't get the recognition he deserved as an explorer.
