This film clip Part 3 shows micro-finance in operation in Angola, This part of the film takes place in Huambo and Bailundo Africa. The people offer funny anecdotes of the superstition of the people that make it difficult to offer help.

The goal of THE CANADIAN NGO Dw is to bring Angola's people out of poverty after 26 years of war. The mechanics of mircrofinance is brought to life Karnick's documentary work. The Canadian NGO, Dw, is working to make life better for the Angolan people. This successful project, Kixicredito has been taken over by the government of Angola.

Alan Cain the director of Dw is launching many creative projects including, Communications, Water issues as well as Food issues. One World Communications/Earth Film in association with Senso TV, Portugal, who contributed it's very fine facilities to help produce this fine film works with Ike Karnick. The goal of the works is to make life better for all African people. Senso TV is also listed in the credits with IKE Karnick, Director - One World Communications Earth Films.

The experiences of micro-finance in Angola Africa and watching how the government took control of this very successful project. The project created by Dw, a Canadian NGO, in Africa offers many lessons to the developed world and how to work with the new legions of poor being evicted from their homes in the developed world.

This film shows Kixicredito in action and how the project functions in the field and offers a glimpse at the social implications. It offers people a little hope particularly in this global economic depression. The traditional banks are one area closed to people who have nothing but their labor but with the help of micro-finance it opens other possibilities for the poor of the entire world. This insight offers thought for the hard-times the developed world is experiencing .
