Or you could buy regular tooth paste and a toothbrush.
Step 1: Put the tooth paste on the toothbrush
Step 2: Put the tooth pasted toothbrush in your mouth and brush your teeths slowly, do not press too hard.
Step 3: Repeat step 2 till you've brushed your teeth thoroughly
Step 4: Pull out the toothbrush, spit all the fluid in the sink, also wash the toothbrush so its clean for the next use.
