Can't Scroll Left to left on New BlackBerry Bold 9900 trackpad

I got a new Blackberry Bold 9900, and scrolling to the left works sometimes, but often not. Very frustrating.
I did a software update, wiped all my data off and still had the problem.
It's only 4 days old, so I tried exchanging it with Rogers, but they said I need to exhaust all possibilities with tech support first. The first step is reloading the OS.
