Oh and same for the whole emphasising Jack's homosexuality thing as well (john barrowman and another dude naked - creepy), given the legalisation of gay marriages in NY recently. Oh and finally it pissed me off that the congressman who was working for the drug company had a southern accent - its using the same old 'big fat rich ol' texans snuggling up to bad corporations' stick that democrats like to beat republicans with. I live in Britain (and I am British) - and even to me it seems political.

right this is kind of pissing me off - miracle day started off with a good premise about people not dying, but having just watched the first 3 episodes it appears as though they've decided to go extremely political with it. examples - the main 'villain' is a pharmaceutical company - which given the fact that healthcare is currently a major deal in the US right now (and it seems to be taking a highly left wing view - i.e. private enterprises are baaaad, kids) seems a lot like political commentary

@answermachine Correction it says 'series' and it's true it is their series but not their show because they put in all the money but that's more or less the only input apart from the new characters/actors (which are pretty famous) & American locations... everything else they've kept the same. Which I think it's better and Torchwood keeps getting better and better as well, whether it's being Americanized or not because I love all their dramas like Prison Break, 24, Supernatural, Dexter, Lost etc.

you fucking what Starz??? that is an insult this is not their product i have the first 3 series's on dvd all the work was done in the uk by people within the BBC now im not bashing the USA but im just outraged that they are claiming this as their own creation have some fucking decentcy for fuck sake i would agree with papertimelord saying russell needs to come to his senses if they are going to do that to his work
