  • I don't condone the S.L.A. or similar groups. But I agree that this is a great documentary and a fascinating story.

  • Very exciting! I was there the day of the shoot in South Central LA. - First we were watching it on the news and my parents told me , “don’t you go over there.” But all I heard was, “…go over there."

  • Rich got by with changing her mind. Her parents and all the other rich people said she would never do that on her own, but they maxed out the time on every other member of that group that helped feed the masses. That was coming out of Vietnam what should we expect coming out of these two wars? Justice crys out and it will find its way.

  • @GeorgeVreelandHill: Having assiduously studied the ERA, as you recommend, it, indeed, appears quite frightening that those kids & their MK-Ultra deep-seeded-minion-operators, were, in fact, onto something big: the announcement & proclamation of an elaborate -- if premature -- New World Order Dialectic ... intent on a RAND CORPORATION "trial run for the roses"; sardonically, targeting no less than Willy Randolph Hearst KING OF YELLOW JOURNALISM himself ... his own grand-daughter: "strong cider"

  • @Yereviltwin2 They did said "Thought"...

  • Free Mumia!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • gloomy, disagree if you like, but don't call names if they differ from you, please. It was a great time for revolution in the streets. The power was, and still is, with the people. I am so happy for Egypt, and, hoping on Libya, then maybe even Cuba. We have the true power to change things, and not in rhetoric. The 60's are still alive and well....we just don't know it.

  • @gloomyoutlook

Why don’t you come out here to San Francisco and I’ll show you how the remnants of the 60’s radical left and how it’s still alive and well. If you ignorantly believe that a movement as large and powerful as the counterculture revolution and all of it sentiment ended in the 60’s and none of it’s tenor vertebrated through to the political ideology of today, well then you aren’t that knowledgeable. Go read a book lad.

  • @Yereviltwin2

First of all, so-called American "liberalism" does not descend from any sort of radical movement. It's an insult to radical leftist groups and ideologies to associate this centre-left consumerist liberalism with anything true and with substance. Secondly, you're an asshole.

  • 0:38 Lunatic right wing fringe?

Hmmmmm all the radical groups from the Bay Area have NEVER been right leaning. Deceptive clever edit there, you wouldn’t want the true roots of the present day liberals being associated with the radicalism that fostered it, would you?
