She felt left out, her brother grabbed the limelight first. This is her 'work in progress'. See if you can guess which one my daughter, India.
This was taken at the Pamela Hayes Classical Dance studio in Curtis Park, Sacramento, CA.
Evil Copyright Demons made me take off the lovely Art Tatum number 'My One and Only Love', I used as backing music. This sucks - DMCA, MPIAA etc, you all suck!

omg this reminds me of my ballet class too ! i hated it when i was a kid coz i thought it was too girly :D so then i begged my mom to cancel my ballet lessons.. but it was a good experience :D

India has retired from the Ballet, hopefuly temporarily, to pursue other artistic media (Kapla blocks, Lego, My little Ponies and mixed media colouring). She may take up the art again in the spring. She cites artistic differences with her teacher as the reason for her departure. James continues his dance and is improving daily!
