Simunye: As One Deloitte Way Music Video

The Deloitte Way is our culture program -- it embodies the behaviours we want to encourage and recognise in our firm. These behaviours are about quality, our people, and our pride and passion. Living these behaviours brings to life Our Ideal Deloitte, and underpins the achievement of our firm's strategy.
As part of our Deloitte Way initiative, we embarked on a campaign to identify musical talent at Deloitte. Our aim -- to record our first ever Deloitte Way music video. We travelled around Southern Africa, holding auditions in our Deloitte offices. We were overwhelmed with the amount of musical talent we found!
This music video has been written and recorded completely by Deloitte Southern Africa staff. It is entitled: Simunye -- As One.
