Don't like the guy but he is right. To let a free kick drop in your six-yard box without any attempt to collect or clear it is unforgivable.
TBH it shows Shay Given up for the over-rated goalkeeper he is. A more commanding goalie would have dealt with a ball like that. Given is good at reflex saves, 1v1's and organisation from direct free-kicks. But if you're looking for an imposing figure that commands his box then you've got the wrong guy.

Guys he's hit the nail bang on the head, I mean, if your getting so worked up and calling him a twat, and saying you hate him, why the hell did u watch the bloody video in the first place? And who was it that commented saying he kept contradicting himself, and of course Ireland needed him, every team needs their captain, just grow up.
