This is a 405 lb single arm deadlift I did a few years ago. The bar has two fat rubber 45 lb bumper plates and two iron 45s on each side. I was using a Dominator Athletics Lifting strap for this. There have been a lot of people commenting on my grip strength in this video. While I do have extremely strong hands, this lift did not require an extremely strong grip. I don't recommend doing this type of lift unless you are a very seasoned lifter or are under the guidance of someone who knows what they are doing.

  • dude honestly you shouldnt have put this on here cause all people do is hate

  • @Tubo196 I've monetized this video so Youtube pays me per view. I also get paid for every time someone clicks an add on one of my videos, so I don't really care if people like it or not haha. I did something that was hard to do and people don't like it. I'm use to it haha.

  • RUBBER WEIGHTS!

  • @kingsuce56 I even said in my description that were were rubber plates. I congratulate you on your ability to read!
