  • Im not saying I cud do that, Im only 75kg (Can bench a shade over 140kg though). Obviously this guy knows what hes doing or he wudnt be as strong as he is, but I wonder what the point of doing this exercise is, what does it actually train? Pardon my ignorance (o:

  • The "point" of this exercise is to develop strength in your triceps buy overloading the top portion of the bench press.

  • Oh, and I kind of figure none of my comments will make it, but thats fine. I really CANNOT IMAGINE the explanation as to how a 1/4 bench is superior at strengthening the triceps than a full ROM using CAT, or simply another tricep exercise with a full ROM. Most of your videos look like they come out of a muscle & fiction magazine anyway.

  • KaseyAkira - you're comment made it...we wanted to make sure everyone who reads our page knows how dumb you are. Who said that lockouts were "superior" to full ROM bench variations??? We cycle full ROM movements & partial ROM movements into our program...and we produce some of the strongest athletes in the world. Isn't it ironic that you're on OUR youtube page, yet we have no clue who YOU are???

  • very strong, keep up the great work, I did 555x3 today lock out in the power rack from pin#7, but the bar was moving maybe about an inch, that's it, but still, it strengthens my lock out strength a lot

  • ammonia also causes you to breath in heavily before the lift.
