people will always protest wars, but to be complete dicks to your own countrymen because they fought either by choice or draft, is rediculous. They killed for you and you spit on them ,fuckin dicks

I can see why this veteran feel that Americans were naive when entering Vietnam. As he stated, there are many people, especially here in the US, that don't understand what life is like in other cultures. I can see why people come back from war changed, like the person in the interview said.

This video is an amazing insight to the world of a veteran. Such a sad story most are unable to tell.

This certain war was very tough for returning soldiers here in the states. Many protestors felt it was an unjust war and those who took part where part of the problem and not the solution. So there was not ticker tape parades or crowds gathered in salute. Damn shame.

It is sad how the vietnam veterans were treated. It is hard enough to recover from the horrors of war but to come back to this treatment made it really hard to heal.

Cho Larson, you are an inspiration to all youth who are willing to listen! I enjoyed listening to this video very much and love to learn about wars. this was another great video.
