  • These are good drills but wouldn't it be better if the punches were actually in your chin-range? Not criticizing as I don't know much about silat!

  • veeeeery good stuff!!! its seen very useful for automatic movements... very nice training

    saludos, sorry my english

  • man that was a impressive drill i must say! Good work.

  • Amazing! I never bought a DVD about training, but if you're doing some tutorials, well: let me know! Any seminar in Italy?

  • Good and fast hands... I like the hammer fist action...

  • @Mider999 like stated above it wasn't for fma's people would still be boxing like gypsies fma advanced boxing thanks to the filipino fighters who fouhght (and beat) western sailors with superior parries and footwork.

  • @Ronnock also remember that this form of martial arts revolutionised boxing

  • VERY IMPRESSIVE!!

  • excellent!

  • @Mider999 No way! I had no idea!

Sarcasm aside, not all martial arts fight with the mindset of "how to defend against a boxer." They train with a mindset of what it means to combat any situation. So, not EVERYone in the world trains and or fights even remotely how a boxer fights. There are those who definitely train to the speed of a boxer's speed. Boxer's aren't always (as well) the fastest strikers when it comes to martial arts.
