e-Campus Australia will be holding an Online Open Day from their website between 9am & 5pm on Sunday the 7th of October -- the first held by an Australian online educator. By opening their doors online, e-Campus Australia will give participants the chance to learn all they wanted to know about online training.

e-Campus Australia, a Cairns-based online college, has emerged as one of Australia's key online educators. They use a state-of-the-art virtual classroom environment for their students where its communication tools connect to a trainer and other students in real time.

With the Online Open Day, e-Campus Australia wanted to design a quality experience that would provide both a relaxed and easy introduction to the world of online training that would cater for both novices and experienced users.

"Our Online Open Day will offer the best 'first contact' for anyone who is interested in seeking online training, particularly those who have been interested but, until now, didn't know where to start," says e-Campus Australia representative Kelly Harvie.

Live and interactive, e-Campus Australia's Online Open Day team insists that all registered participants will access all the information they need to find out how to commence online training.

"Anyone interested in studying online, for example, in learning the skills required to set up an e-business, will be able to ask questions, interact in a forum and attend our free one hour online training session," said Kelly.

E-Campus Australia plan to have their experienced trainers on hand to answer all questions and will ensure that everyone goes away with what they need to choose their own path.

Kelly said that e-Campus Australia decided to develop the Online Open Day in response to the growing interest they were receiving from people wanting the benefits and flexibility of learning online.

"More and more Australians are registering for online training in order to rapidly up-skill, keep their job, and move on to bigger and better things. For many, online training can provide the freedom they need to start up a new business while keeping their day job."

Those interested in taking part must pre-register to book their free one hour session, contact e-Campus Australia's administration officer on 1300 787 599 or email info@ecampusaustralia.com.au. e-Campus Australia's staff will also outline the technical requirements necessary to take part.
