To run 70 meters out pace a chasing midfielder then to skip past and over a lunging tackle , then with composure out wit the defender and the keeper to slot the ball into the net !

@G0Fmusic im an ipswich town fan and i watch him week in week out and i can tell u that wickham is nothing like emile heskey, im not saying hes better than the people u mentioned, theres no way of really telling, if u think of andy carroll at wickhams age he was relatively unheard of and now hes the most expensive english player, so if wickham can just keep playing football and make his way into the premier league (hopefully with ipswich but i doubt it) then who knows how good he could be

Cos we can't judge a player without overating them obviously, you wouldn't like it if someone questioned your countrymen

I wouldn't watch young German players and say they're overated cos they're German

We do have the odd decent player even if our team never gels

Yes i'm German and we have 2 polish dudes in Podolski and Klose, both of whom put your country to the sword unfortunately.

I don't see what I said that was negative. Wickham has great potential, most likely be a top player. I just think he's a bit overrated. I said his goal was great , thats nice wasnt it? Anyway, your Conor Coady lad is tops as well.

PS We have Muller,Gomez up front for the record. Hopefully we can lock horns again.
