Stephen J. Cannell Productions Logo History *Update* This montage contains all known years of Stephen J. Cannell's Productions Logos except for the 1981 copyright stamp text version and the 1991-1993 3D "The Cannell Studios" text version. All of these were ripped from DVD's and Digital downloads, except for the last one 1999 I had to get that off youtube since I coundn't find that one on any downloads or DVD's Yet.

If you saw this closing, it means something good was just on TV.

I loved this production ending so much as a kid in the 80's. This brings back great memories about living with my mom (R.I.P.) living care free in the golden era. This was when t.v. was great. I miss my mommy.

The shortened early 1985 logo was used on 21 Jump Street and the final 2 seasons of The A-Team. The long version of it, though, was used on Hunter, Hardcastle and McCormick, and Riptide.

The popped collar at 1:30 is clearly the best one.

"I didn't come down with yesterday's rain" -- James Rockford

"what you are proud of" -- Aquarius is proud of what THEY THINK that they know, also of havin friends.

It is stupid to let the public decide what is a success or not. A success could be the most unpopular production ever.

Let Yehovah decide, not the public.

I think I get it now. Watchin the Rodfork Flies. "Why would he write that?" I ask over and over again, durin the series.

Now I think I understand. Martha Raye's Chauffeur told me most of the Hollywood scamps are involved with mafia. And Russell Pine said mafia rules in Holloywood.

Now Stephen you have disgraced yourself, for the most cowardly thin that a man can do is to not be enemy of the mafia, the CIA and the vatican. Instead be like the Kennedys, keep up their good work.

    If he was alive today:

    *types on his laptop*

*waits for the printer to print it*

*walks over to the printer, yanks out the paper while it's being printed and throws it in the air*

*cut to the falling paper animation*

I'll admit that when I was a kid I was afraid of these logos, but now that I'm older, there are so many things I love about them: the music, Stephen's awards and degrees in the background, the greying of his hair over time and of course, his popped collars. :)
