i've started to read this book. as an iranian living abroad for so many years i get a quite good new infos about my own country. i hope i'll end the book.

Very Interesting

I sincerely think Hooman Majd is giving the world a real sincere view of what Iran and its form of islamic theocracy is. The world is not black and white. Read this book and get a brighter picture of this great paradox called Iran. And yes, he´s a relative of Khatami and a descendant of ayatollahs and whatever. If he wasn´t he couldn´t write this excellent book. Read it!

Don't take what you read on the internet seriously. Tho I'm sure you are aware many Iranians resent the Arabs (wrongly so if I may say so) because of the oppressive mullahs and their effort to heavily forcing Islam and Arabic culture on the people.
