Cool moves. How long did you practice w/ a poi before using one with fire?

I teach alot of glowstickers so their moves rub off of me. That move is just a double arm wrap that i messed up on.

I like the antispin corkscrew turn you go into at :44 - :50. A lot of people do antispin flowers these days, but you don't see antispin applied to corkscrew pirouettes much (I wonder if that should be called "antiturn" instead of "antispin", but that's a geek discussion for another time). Was that a spiral wrap you were going for at 1:06?
