Hillel at Sapir College - Wandering Cinematheque

Sapir Hillel students travel to the bomb shelters in Sderot and surrounding communities, carrying portable projectors and movies that they screen for the children in the shelters. The children enjoy a wonderful movie experience (thanks to state-of-the-art movie and sound equipment generously donated by Sapir College), in spite of the discomfort of the shelter. As kids watch a film, they are distracted for a couple of hours from the dangers outside and the tension inside
