James Demaria Productions was on hand for the recording of Dr John and the Lower 911's latest album "Tribal." He are some out takes of Herman Roscoe Ernest III who recently passed away. Enjoy.
This is hard to watch. This man gave me SO much self confidence when I was a young musician coming up in New Orleans. I cry when I see this. The music industry does not have enough people like this.
This is a great snapshot of Herman V. "Roscoe" Ernest III. His charisma and sense of humor were the tops. An all around good dude and great talent. Among the best drummers in the world. I got a lot of love for him. I miss you Roscoe!
Thanks so much for the post. Herman was a wonderful person and will be missed very much. My condolences to his family, friends, and all the members of the band.
god bless roscoe

This is hard to watch. This man gave me SO much confidence as a young musician in New Orleans and taught me to be myself and believe in my art.
