The voicing wasn't bad, and it would be better if the editor worked on syncing voices to the mouth movements a bit more.
I guess my major problem was it was too short, and a bit too random. I was a little confused on what was going on. Also, try shortening up the theme a bit. It takes up a little too much time.
After a while, this becomes second nature. So don't sweat it.

Voicing was that bad, but could use a little work. the editing was not the best but OK for a first episode. i see first episodes as a way to experiment with what you can do. you did yours your way. and thats good.
just dont expect everyone to like it, some people have different comedy styles and what not. me personally i like to have my substance in my episodes which this was sadly lacking. but there is alot of room for improvement, good luck and keep doing what you enjoy.

that was interesting to say the least. you need to sink the voices a little bit, but at least you actually have a girl playing Karou in your series, we just compensate by making her sound weird.
