Salman Khan ignores Asin

Salman and Asins relationship has soured, a fact made public recently when both were scheduled to interact with the media to promote London Dreams.

Salman acted as if Asin was almost invisible and looked through her, even though she was sitting right next to him. Finally, he got up and walked off, leaving her with no option but to deal with the public snub as she chose. She left soon after.

The two apparently got along fabulously during the making of London Dreams, leading to reports of a relationship brewing between the two. Given the fickle nature of relationships in Bollywood, it didnt survive and Salman is not a man who forgets or forgives easily. He made his displeasure known by not even acknowledging her presence when he was scheduled to give interviews to the electronic media.

An eye-witness said, Asin reached the studio at 1pm as scheduled. Salman was unwell as the previous day, he had been to Kolkata where he contracted an allergy. His face was swollen and he had a runny nose. Hence, he was not very comfortable doing the interviews and requested the media guys to reschedule it, but continued to chat with them. Asin was aware that the joint interviews wont happen, but she refused to move. It was evident that she wanted to meet Salman. She came over from Studio no. 5 to Studio no. 6 to sit beside Salman. To everyones surprise there, Salman did not even greet her. In fact, he completely ignored her. She sat there for sometime but Salman simply refused to speak to her. Then he got up and left. Asin had no option but to leave after that. Asin was left wondering what went wrong between the two friends.

Our source said, Salman was extremely fond of Asin and they were very good friends. However, Salman was not happy with the constant media attention that their friendship was garnering. He was in a steady relationship with Katrina and the link-up was creating problems for them. Thats why he decided to distance himself. In fact, at one time it seemed that they wont promote the film together. However, both have been professional and make appearances wherever theyre required.
