I'm an absolute beginner in the Indonesian language (bahasa Indonesia) and thanks to Ed, a good friend/teacher of mine, I made this video of him and me going over the dialog that he wrote. how you pronounced 'Pak' is way too strong..

It's more like ' Pa' ', so you don't say the K out loud ;)

Itu Pasar Beringhrjo sounds weird. By saying this, it seems to me that you are near Pasar Beringharjo (the object), the right one is ADA Pasar Beringharjo. By saying this, I understand that you are not in/near the object (Pasar). Ada means 'be' btw
