I usually dress in that manner on a daily basis, and I personally find it much more comfortable and enjoyable to wear than casual clothing.

That was the quickest transportation back then, there was no powered flight, and women wore what is considered a wedding dress today...it was everyday clothing then....so much more respectable then, no thigh high skirts then.

Well actually it's not.. I dont wear modern clothes. Only old fashioned. Ladies clothes was probably more uncomfortable because of corsets, but not everyone wore one.

If you like tee shirt and jeans good for you :) I think people should wear what they like. I just like the way people dressed back then. Especially the girls. There used to be ladies and gentlemen.. now its mostly just women and men...

@Mr1920s i do however believe that people back then had more class and glamour and carried themselves much better than they do today and that is missing in todays society i can see the appeal its a nice era

@Mr1920s u could turn around and say that people especially women where opressed back then and where encouraged not to expose there body isnt wearing a corset the same equivalent as having a fake tan they serve the same purpose which is to attract the opposite sex yet it is totally fake? ur idea of what looked good is juts personal it certainly isnt better juts different

Well smart too..but clean.Guys didn't have hair all in their faces with some slapped together t-shirt with ripped up jeans that are made to look like they've been to hell and back, and girls didnt have bleached hair, fake tans, concealer over their lips, orange foundation smeared up all over their faces, and thick bushy eyebrows, thinking they look "natural". understand though that most people dont dress in suits and gowns even if they want to because they are scared of what "society" will think
