In 2011 "Domino" was written by five people: Dr. Luke, Claude Kelly, Max Martin, Jessie J and Cirkut.* "Bright Red Chords" was written by one person in 2008.

Why should she get sued? I hear so many songs on the radio that have lyrics or music exactly the same to older songs.

What are you chatting about! Nothing like Domino! Just an excuse to get people to watch your video. Which isn't actually that bad.

Of course, every song in the world has a different chord progression. Grow up people.

THis and Domino are "influenced" by Rush by Big Audio Dynamite(1991). Which inceidently pisses all over this and Jessie j.

It doesn't sound THAT much like domino good god. Jessie did write that song anyway. It sounds 'slightly' like it. I don't think it's worth suing her for it.

The first few lines sounds like domino but honestly it isn't impossible for two people to have similar ideas - and also there is a large chance that the ones who wrote domino hadn't heard this song before!! since this video only has 323492 views (after it being publicized about the copyright issue) there was a very large chance Jessie J had not heard this song before writing domino therefore it isn't a copy!
