Basic Parkour

Me, my brother, and a friend practicing some basic parkour and free running. I am fairly new to parkour and free running, so don't be too harsh please (I'm the slow one.) And I do know the difference between "parkour" and "free running"; this video has a bit of both. Enjoy!

okay... thats a good start. but you should work on landing cause you can really mess ur legs up if u just fall and take in the big impact of that. start rolling
