SWEEET! you got it m8, perfect, I dont use a Plectrum (Learned the Mark Knopfler way), just needed to ask, what strings are you using? If I bend mine that far they tend to snap.....I use Dean Markley's Lites, 009 for top/bottom E, depends if your talkin aboot guitar top or musical top, lol ..... but if I bend them that far I usually end up with it buried in my right arm , lol, please tell and Id be so happy.......cheers from a serious Gilmour/Knopfler fanatic............

not dissing Gilmour but why have his tone?...create your own tone!!You'll never get tired of that tone for sure and if you do you can always tweak it a bit.

@ahchouch hi there, Jamie Humphries talks about getting the Gilmour sound in our 1st issue of Guitar Interactive Magazine. Will send you the link to the first issue of the magazine. Hope it helps with getting close to the Gilmour sound!
